She has also worked for two major UK financial institutions in advisory and business development roles. Throughout her career, Susan has collaborated with clients across the globe, including Europe, the USA, and Japan, amassing over 35 years of experience in relationship building and commercial management.

At the Una Group, Susan leads scale-up and commercialisation strategies, develops marketing and business development plans, manages contractors and customers, and provides end-to-end supply chain support. Passionate about sustainability and circularity, she is dedicated to implementing innovative solutions to address these challenges. Susan excels at finding solutions to complex issues, with a keen ability to see both the macro and micro perspectives, leveraging her technical and commercial expertise.
